“This is a very modern trend – we talk a lot about social entrepreneurship in our country as it begins to emerge. According to the American model, one of the mechanisms for the creation of the interest in this phenomenon is such events. In America, a lot of people with entrepreneurial mindset and it is enough to remind you to be socially responsible. The opposite situation in Russia, volunteering is developed, but there are no so much representatives of the business thinking in this sphere. The American model does not work, there are too much differences in mentality and market conditions to turn businessmen in volunteers. The Russian way is the transformation of volunteering in social entrepreneurship” says one of the organizers of the festival Yuri Kuporosov.
